 Role Overview
 
 
 
 As our
 
 Creative Media &amp; Motion Designer
 
 , you&rsquo;ll lead the creation of dynamic multimedia content &mdash; from motion animations and video productions to podcasts and interviews. You&rsquo;ll collaborate with marketing, product, and community teams to translate complex concepts into engaging visual narratives. Web3 experience is a plus, but not required &mdash; we value creativity, technical skill, and a passion for storytelling above all.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Motion Design &amp; Animation:
 
 Create visually stunning animations for social media, product explainers, event trailers, and promotional campaigns.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Video Production:
 
 Oversee full-cycle production &mdash; scripting, shooting, editing, and post-production.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Podcast Production:
 
 Coordinate and produce podcast episodes, including audio engineering, visual branding, and publication.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Guest Interview Management:
 
 Prepare, conduct, and edit interviews with industry experts, partners, and internal leaders.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Creative Direction:
 
 Maintain brand consistency while innovating visual styles for various campaigns.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Collaboration:
 
 Work closely with marketing, design, and community teams to align creative assets with campaign objectives.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 3&ndash;5 years of experience in motion design, video production, and multimedia content creation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop) or equivalent tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of animation principles, typography, and storytelling techniques.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in podcast production (audio editing, mixing, publishing).
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable both behind and in front of the camera for interviews (preferred, not mandatory).
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with Web3/blockchain concepts is a plus but not mandatory.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
 </li>
