The candidate must have a minimum of 8 years of training or relevant experience in TallyPrime and accounting practices.Key Responsibilities:Training &amp; Delivery:<ul><li>Conduct Basic to Advanced TallyPrime training</li><li>Train students on Accounting Fundamentals, Company Creation, Ledger, Voucher Entry, GST, TDS, Payroll, Inventory Management, and Compliance</li><li>Train students using the latest version of TallyPrime</li><li>Use real-time business scenarios and simulation tools for practical learning</li><li>Deliver sessions in simple and easy language</li><li>Conduct practical assignments, case studies, and projects</li><li>Handle student queries, conduct assessments, and provide 1:1 doubt-clearing sessions to ensure complete understanding.</li></ul>Course Recording &amp; Content Development:<ul><li>Record the complete TallyPrime course (Basic to Advanced)</li><li>Create structured, module-wise video lectures</li><li>Prepare practice data, case studies, and simulation files</li><li>Ensure high-quality screen recording and clear audio</li><li>Upload videos, notes, and assignments to LMS or shared folders</li><li>Update or re-record content as per latest TallyPrime updates</li></ul>Academic Coordination:<ul><li>Coordinate with Academic and Operations teams</li><li>Follow academic SOPs for training and recording</li><li>Share regular updates on batch progress and content status</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Strong knowledge of TallyPrime (latest version)</li><li>Practical experience in Accounting, GST, TDS, and Compliance</li><li>Knowledge of simulation tools and practical accounting scenarios</li><li>Good communication and presentation skills</li><li>Experience with screen recording tools</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Graduate in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com preferred)</li><li>Certification in Tally or Accounting is an added advantage</li><li>8+ years of experience in TallyPrime training or accounting roles</li><li>Experience in training institutes preferred</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
