Our approach combines personalized care, advanced diagnostics, hormone optimization, IV therapy, peptides, and regenerative medicine to help patients achieve optimal wellness and longevity.Position Summary: We&rsquo;re looking for a compassionate and motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about root-cause medicine, eager to learn, and comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You&rsquo;ll play a vital role in helping patients take control of their health through individualized treatment plans and comprehensive care.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Establish care with new patients and perform detailed Annual Wellness Exams</li><li>Collect and document:</li><li>History of Present Illness (HPI)</li><li>Past Medical, Surgical, Family, and Social History</li><li>Complete Review of Systems (ROS)</li><li>Complete all components of the Annual Wellness Exam, including:</li><li>Cognitive and depression screenings (e.g., PHQ-9)</li><li>Functional and fall risk assessments</li><li>Advance care planning</li><li>Preventive screenings and medication review</li><li>Order and interpret appropriate diagnostics:</li><li>Blood panels, specialty labs</li><li>Imaging (Ultrasounds)</li><li>Functional scans (e.g., WAVI brain mapping, EKG)</li><li>Educate patients on lifestyle, nutrition, preventive care, and functional treatment options</li><li>Collaborate with our clinical and administrative team for a seamless patient experience</li><li>Maintain accurate, timely documentation within the EMR (eClinicalWorks a plus)</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Active California license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant</li><li>DEA license (or ability to obtain)</li><li>2+ years of clinical experience (functional medicine background a plus, but not required)</li><li>Passion for integrative health and wellness</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>Detail-oriented and comfortable working independently in a team setting</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Supportive, growth-minded team and leadership</li><li>Access to advanced diagnostic tools and protocols</li><li>Ongoing training and continuing education in functional medicine</li><li>Staff discounts on supplements and services</li><li>Flexible work schedule</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $65.00 - $80.00 per hourApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you available to start immediately?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Establish care or wellness checks: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Nurse Practitioner (NP) or PA License (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
