Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic Civil Engineer with a strong interest in sales and client interaction. This hybrid role combines technical knowledge with business development responsibilities. The ideal candidate will work from the office for four days a week and visit project sites or client locations for two days a week. The role involves understanding client requirements, providing technical solutions, supporting project execution, and contributing to sales growth.Key Responsibilities:Technical Responsibilities:<ul><li>Understand and interpret civil/structural drawings and BOQs.</li><li>Support design and estimation teams in preparing proposals, costing, and technical documentation.</li><li>Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and monitor progress.</li><li>Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely execution of work as per standards.</li></ul>Sales &amp; Client Engagement:<ul><li>Meet clients, consultants, and contractors to promote the company's products/services.</li><li>Understand client needs and provide appropriate technical and commercial solutions.</li><li>Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations.</li><li>Follow up on leads, quotations, and negotiations to convert opportunities into orders.</li></ul>Reporting &amp; Coordination:<ul><li>Maintain client and site visit reports, sales trackers, and CRM updates.</li><li>Liaise between the sales, design, and execution teams to ensure client satisfaction.</li><li>Provide feedback from the market to improve offerings and strategies.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Willingness to travel to client/project sites at least 2 days per week.</li><li>Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and basic estimation tools is a plus.</li><li>Self-motivated, target-driven, and client-focused mindset.</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Exposure to B2B sales, project-based selling, or construction materials/equipment.</li><li>Ability to read and explain technical drawings to non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>Experience in CRM or sales tracking systems.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: &#8377;12,000.00 - &#8377;16,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Looking for female candidates</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Bangalore City, Karnataka (Preferred)</li></ul>Willingness to travel:<ul><li>50% (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
