Working closely with the Senior Marketing &amp; Communications Manager, this role helps keep projects organized, communications consistent, and materials aligned with brand standards and quality expectations. The Coordinator contributes across a variety of initiatives, including executive presentations, internal communications, event support, and digital collaboration, while building practical experience and growing professionally over time.</p><p></p><p><br>

Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</b></div><p><b>
Project Support</b></p><ul><li>
Assists in tracking marketing and communications projects, timelines, and deliverables</li><li>
Helps coordinate follow-ups to ensure initiatives continue moving forward</li><li>
Supports communication between internal stakeholders and external agency partners</li><li>
Maintains organized project documentation, shared drives, and assets</li><li>
Takes ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely, accurate follow-through</li></ul><div><b>
Presentation and Brand Materials</b></div><ul><li>
Develops polished, on-brand PowerPoint presentations for leadership meetings, town halls, and internal initiatives</li><li>
Formats and refines content to ensure clarity, consistency, and visual quality</li><li>
Supports updates to marketing and internal materials as directed</li><li>
Helps maintain brand consistency across communications</li></ul><div><b>
Internal Communications</b></div><ul><li>
Assists with content updates and support within the company&rsquo;s internal communications platform</li><li>
Helps prepare and distribute internal announcements and updates</li><li>
Supports coordination and preparation of company town halls and enterprise meetings</li><li>
Updates and maintains content displayed on facility screens and digital signage</li></ul><p><b>
Social Media Exposure</b></p><ul><li>
Assisst with coordinating and scheduling social media content alongside the Senior Marketing &amp; Communications Manager and external agency</li><li>
Helps ensure brand consistency across platforms</li><li>
Gains hands-on exposure to B2B social content planning and execution</li></ul><div><b>
Marketing Operations</b></div><ul><li>
Coordinates marketing materials, branded swag, and shipments for trade shows and events</li><li>
Helps manage promotional inventory and vendor coordination</li><li>
Supports meeting and event preparation as needed</li><li>
Performs other duties as assigned</li></ul>
Qualifications:

Ideal Candidate Will Have:</b></div><p><b>
Education</b></p><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field required</li></ul><p><b>
Experience</b></p><ul><li>
1-3 years of marketing or communications experience</li></ul><p><b>
Other required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities</b></p><ul><li>
Strong PowerPoint and presentation development skills</li><li>
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational ability</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines</li><li>
A positive, team-oriented mindset and collaborative working style</li><li>
Comfortable supporting both high-visibility initiatives and behind-the-scenes work</li><li>
Clear written and verbal communication skills</li><li>
Coachable, proactive, and motivated to grow</li><li>
Comfortable working collaboratively as part of a team</li><li>
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)</li><li>
Must be available to travel as needed to complete job duties and serve multiple locations/ subsidiaries</li><li>
Must be eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available</li><li>
Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening</li><li>
Must be able to work on-site and have regular attendance in our St. Louis, MO office</li></ul><br>
