 An excellent opportunity has arisen to join Analysis Department as a Business Analyst with experience from requirements gathering through the full lifecycle of the project.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 BS or MS in related technical field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent command of written and spoken English is required
 </li>
 <li>
 3+ years of experience in business/system analysis and/or test methodologies
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent understanding of the software development lifecycle.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good analytical and creative problem solving skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 To be a team player.
 </li>
 <li>
 To take responsibilities in line with individual and team goals.
 </li>
 <li>
 To be self-motivated to enjoy work.
 </li>
 <li>
 SQL experience is preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Banking IT experience is preferred.
 </li>

 JOB DESCRIPTION
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Work directly with business leads to understand the requirements and needs and translate those into technical and functional designs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build relationships, acts as a liaison, and integrate business and IT resources to ensure successful communication and implementation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create and manage project documentation including business requirements, functional design documents, performance metrics, project plans to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget within customer expectations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance of designs with corporate policies, business strategies, and technology directions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Map requirements to design elements and test cases.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare test plans to confirm that requirements and application designs are accurate and complete.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage changes, coordinate and perform testing, verification, and validation of requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Facilitate end-user training and communication to ensure solutions are effective and understood.
 </li>
 <li>
 Guide and advise other Business Analysts.
 </li>
