Maintenance Team Leader

&middot; Perform all Electrical &amp; instrumental work of preventive &amp; corrective maintenance in Plant&middot; Troubleshooting &amp; fault diagnostics in in the Electrical and Instrument equipment and applications&middot; Troubleshooting DOL, Star &ndash; Delta Starters and faults diagnosis&middot; Troubleshooting of VFD, Soft starter, system &amp; faults diagnosis&middot; Assist electrical, Instrument &amp; mechanical works also during the any maintenance&middot; Perform Installation &amp; Configuration of VFD,Soft Starters,Motors,MCC Panel,DB&rsquo;s ,etc..&middot; Knowledge of Energy Meters,CT,PT,Transformer,ACB,VCB, Earth fault relays, Ameter,Voltmeters,&middot; Trouble shooting and Maintenance Knowledge of Generators, Compressors, UPS and Synchronization Panels&middot; Carry out maintenance and calibration of Process Control online Analyzer like as pH Meter, Conductivity Meters, TDS Meters, DO Meter, COD Meter etc.&middot; Carry out maintenance &amp; troubleshooting of all types motorized control valve, Pneumatic valves, Electric valves etc.&middot; Knowledge of Electrical Wiring ,Control circuit ,Industrial Lightings ,earth Bits.&middot; Analyse the test cases and suggest the best possible solution&middot; Co-ordinates with Superior for spare parts / equipment&rsquo;s management &amp; inquiries&middot; Maintain Instruments maintenance history &amp; calibration records&middot; Daily reporting to supervisor for job completion details.To comply with all applicable legal and HSE requirements/procedures&middot; New ideas for the improvement of plant operation and better improvisation. Corrective and maintenance report to the Manager.. Refer &amp; maintain the relevant O&amp;M Manuals.. Preparation of Method Statement of Major maintenance activities. Preparation of PM plan, JOB plan, Overhauling plan and schedule of the activities for all the mechanical equipment. Maintenance of equipment history / register for all equipment.. Sending enquiries to the vendors with technical specifications. Recommend the purchase of goods andEquipment.Attend Bi-Weekly Maintenance meeting with Client. Full control on reading, understanding &amp; execution of project drawings.. Anticipates and uses initiative to resolve problems while constantly updating the Field Services Engineers &amp; Project Engineer regarding mechanical aspects of the project..
