 About the Role
 
 
 
 We are seeking a highly skilled
 
 Superintendent
 
 with deep experience managing
 
 ground-up, high-rise mixed-use and multifamily construction
 
 in dense urban environments. This position will oversee
 
 all field operations
 
 , ensuring the safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of vertical concrete structures, MEP systems, fa&ccedil;ade/envelope scopes, and interior finishes for large-scale urban developments.
 
 
 The ideal candidate has a proven track record leading
 
 8&ndash;30+ story podium or cast-in-place structures
 
 , coordinating complex trade sequencing, and managing fast-paced schedules common to the Charleston peninsula and surrounding coastal markets.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 
 Required
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 7&ndash;15+ years of experience in commercial construction, with at least
 
 5 years in high-rise mixed-use or multifamily
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong background in
 
 cast-in-place structure
 
 , post-tensioning, podium decks, and envelope systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated experience leading projects
 
 8+ stories
 
 , ideally 12&ndash;30+ stories.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency with:
 </li>
 <li>
 Procore
 </li>
 <li>
 Bluebeam
 </li>
 <li>
 MS Project or P6 (look-ahead scheduling)
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven success running large project teams and multi-trade sequencing.
 </li>
