 As an Accounts Associate, you will be directly handling our bookkeeping clients. You will work closely with our existing customers and partners to create value for them and forge long-lasting relations. To succeed in the role you will need to be self-driven, well-organized, ready to learn, and result-oriented; ideally with B2C and B2B working experience in the FinTech arena.

 Tasks
 
 <ul>
 
 <li>
 Work on Accounting Softwares like QuickBooks Online, Xero and Zoho Books.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Develop Charts of Accounts and Accounting Procedures and systems for new clients.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Post entries shared by clients into their respective accounts in software on a daily basis.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Ensure the accuracy of data entry.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Review and process unpaid or pending accounts.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Perform monthly account reconciliations.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Monthly reporting to clients on agreed parameters.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Analyze and maintain customer account activities.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Coordinate with the manager to ensure client satisfaction.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Work on Financial Model for Investment optimization customers.
 </li>
 
 </ul>
 
 Requirements
 
 <ul>
 
 <li>
 2-3 years of experience in Accounting
 </li>
 
 <li>
 ACCA/CMA track professionals
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Strong interest and a desire to continue pursuing your career in Accounting and finance
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to partner and influence across functions and levels.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Strong quantitative and analytical problem-solving skills
 </li>
 
 <li>

 Requirements

 Ability to adapt designs based on feedback while maintaining quality

 Good understanding of typography, color, and composition
