Advise and counsel customers about their medicines, provide knowledge of medication uses and side effects, evaluate all prescriptions as to appropriateness. <ul><li>Pharmacy degree and current Colorado State pharmacy license</li>
<li>Ability to read a technical manual, retain and comprehend</li>
<li>Basic accounting skills</li>
<li>Basic math functions; addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division</li>
<li>Writing skills to complete complex forms for budgets, inventories, orders, SST, communications, and reports</li>
<li>Completion of 24 hours of continuing pharmaceutical education every two years</li>
<li>Retail experience</li>
<li>Pharmacy department experience</li>
<li>Utilizes good customer service skills</li>
<li>Demonstrates ability to read and write</li>
<li>Applies basic math and accounting skills</li>
<li>Utilizes good communication skills</li>

<li>Provides drug counseling with customers and prescribes</li>
<li>Becomes familiar with and utilizes third party billing and procedures,

<li>Maintains accurate records, properly receives RX information from
</li><li>customer, properly and accurately delivers RX to customer, assists
</li><li>with over-the-counter medication</li>
<li>Executes phone calls to prescribes authorization</li>
<li>Demonstrates ability to accurately and efficiently utilize RX computer system</li>
<li>Maintains accurate inventory and research of controlled substances in compliance with the record keeping of the controlled substance account</li>
<li>Provides immunizations</li>
<li>Consults with vendors</li>
<li>Monitors level of supplies and orders if needed; properly stocks incoming orders</li>
<li>Compares and checks incoming orders</li>
