<div><b>DUTIES:</b></div>
<div></div>
<ul><li>Monitoring access control and challenging those without proper identification.</li><li>
Maintaining the visitor management system, checking visitors, guests.</li><li>
Issuing badges and access cards and maintaining security logs.</li><li>
Monitoring a CCTV system.</li><li>
Vehicle and Foot patrols of the interior and exterior.</li><li>
Checking in authorized personnel onsite.</li><li>
Working a standing post for 8-hour shifts or longer.</li><li>
Ability to interact with the public in a direct and professional manner, strong interpersonal skills.</li></ul>

High level of awareness, attentiveness, and alertness.</li><li>
Ability to de-escalate situations and remain calm in confrontation.</li><li>
Capable of standing for long periods of time and exhibiting physical strength.</li><li>
Astute observation and detailed notetaking/reporting.</li></ul>

<div><b>MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:</b></div><br>

Must have a valid New Mexico security license or the ability to attain one.</li><li>
High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>
Military Preferred, with a minimum of 2 or more years of active service in any military branch with an honorable, medical, or general discharge</li><li>
3 years of verifiable private/corporate security experience/corporate customer service</li></ul><br>
