<div>The Workforce and HR Specialist supports efficient staffing and human resources operations by coordinating employee placement, scheduling, and retention initiatives across departments. This role collaborates closely with Operations and Talent teams to assess workforce needs, analyze staffing trends, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. The position manages new hire onboarding logistics, maintains communication with site leaders and security personnel, and drives employee engagement and retention strategies. Additionally, the Workforce and HR Specialist provide administrative support for scheduling, payroll, and reporting, while identifying opportunities for process improvement to enhance the employee experience and overall operational effectiveness.</div><br>

Responsibilities</b></p>
<p>
1. <b>Cross-Functional Collaboration:</b></p>
<ul><li>Partner closely with Operations and Talent teams to assess staffing needs and facilitate effective employee placement to meet operational demands.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Serve as a liaison between departments to communicate scheduling requirements and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Analyze call-off trends to determine priority talent gaps per market and account.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Utilize data to influence hiring and placement strategies and improve decision making.</li></ul><br>

2. <b>New Hire Scheduling, Onboarding, and Retention:</b></p>
<ul><li>Coordinate schedules and logistics for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all new employees.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Collaborate with Operations Site leaders to confirm communication with new hires has been established.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Regularly communicate with security personnel to assess the ongoing changes to shift availability, to retain and maximize people inventory.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Partner with the Talent team to develop and implement retention strategies aimed at fostering a positive workplace culture and increasing employee satisfaction.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Provide ongoing support to new hires to ensure a seamless transition and integration into the organization.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Provide administrative support for scheduling and coordination tasks, including managing calendars, arranging meetings, and maintaining accurate records.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Assist in generating reports and analyzing data related to employee placement and retention efforts.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Liaise with security personnel and site leadership to manage timeclock, payroll, invoicing, time off requests, call off management and internal technology systems data integrity.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains in employee onboarding, placement, and scheduling processes.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Actively contribute ideas and suggestions to enhance the overall employee experience and drive organizational success.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Perform any other duties as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute to the overall success of the team and organization.</li></ul></div></div>
