<ul><li> Contribute to overall shortage reduction</li></ul>
<ul><li> Recover assets and or make safe apprehensions</li></ul>
<ul><li> Look for patterns of suspicious behavior and closely observe shoppers
</li></ul><ul><li> Ensure compliance with company apprehension guidelines</li></ul>
<ul><li> Must be able to communicate with all levels of staff and management</li></ul>
<ul><li> Ability to evaluate circumstances and make timely decisions based on company apprehensions guidelines</li></ul>
<ul><li> Discouraging criminal behavior and holding bad actors accountable for any damage caused through vandalism or loss of product.</li></ul>

Qualifications and Requirements:</h2>
<ul><li> Must have 1-2 years of Loss Prevention Experience</li></ul>
<ul><li> Must be willing to travel to multiple locations throughout an 8-hour shift</li></ul>
<ul><li> Must be at least 18 years of age</li></ul>
<ul><li> Must have High School Diploma or equivalent</li></ul>
<ul><li> Must possess strong written and verbal skills in order to prepare case paperwork</li></ul>
<ul><li> You will be required to testify in court proceedings as a representative of Metro One LPSG</li></ul>
<ul><li> Must satisfy all state licensing requirements</li></ul>
<ul><li> Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays appropriate to retail business needs</li></ul>
<ul><li> Must be able to stand or walk on the sales floor for the entire scheduled shift. (8+ hours).</li></ul>
