Role Summary:The Project Manager will lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives with a primary focus on business process automation, CRM implementations, customer experience platforms, and digital engagement solutions. The role requires a combination of strong project management expertise, business acumen, and technology fluency to ensure successful delivery of initiatives that streamline operations, enhance customer interactions, and enable data-driven decision-making. The incumbent will drive innovation, efficiency, and measurable business value while aligning with the organization&rsquo;s strategic digital roadmap.Roles and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital transformation projects including Business Process Automation (BPA), CRM platforms, workflow digitization, and digital engagement solutions.</li><li>Translate organizational goals into actionable digital strategies, roadmaps, and execution plans.</li><li>Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, analyze, and re-engineer processes for automation, efficiency, and scalability.</li><li>Ensure delivery excellence across CRM implementations (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics, HubSpot), customer portals, and omni-channel engagement platforms.</li><li>Drive adoption of automation technologies such as RPA, AI/ML, and low-code/no-code platforms to enhance business efficiency.</li><li>Oversee digital engagement initiatives including customer self-service portals, mobile applications, chatbots, and omnichannel communication.</li><li>Establish strong governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with data protection, cybersecurity, and industry standards.</li><li>Provide executive-level reports on progress, milestones, risks, financials, and business outcomes.</li><li>Manage project budgets, resources, and third-party vendors while ensuring contract compliance and service quality.</li><li>Lead change management initiatives by preparing the business for digital adoption and embedding new ways of working.</li><li>Facilitate workshops, governance forums, and steering committees to ensure effective decision-making and stakeholder alignment.</li><li>Support Sales and Pre-Sales teams during bids and proposals by providing subject-matter expertise in digital transformation delivery.</li><li>Contribute to PMO functions including portfolio reporting, resource allocation, and project monitoring.</li><li>Apply Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies based on project context.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.</li><li>Recognized Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).</li><li>10&ndash;12 years of progressive project management experience, with at least 5 years leading digital transformation initiatives.</li><li>Proven experience in delivering large-scale CRM programs, business process automation projects, and digital engagement platforms.</li><li>Strong knowledge of RPA tools, CRM systems, and digital engagement solutions.</li><li>Experience managing multi-million-dollar transformation programs with diverse stakeholder groups.</li><li>Strong understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, GCP) and integration with digital solutions.</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to engage at senior management and CXO levels.</li></ul>Core Competencies:<ul><li>Leadership and ability to inspire diverse cross-functional teams.</li><li>Expertise in business process re-engineering, automation, and customer experience transformation.</li><li>Strong business-technology acumen, with familiarity in CRM, BPA, RPA, AI, low-code platforms, and customer engagement solutions.</li><li>Analytical mindset with ability to translate business needs into digital workflows and measurable outcomes.</li><li>Proven ability to drive organizational change, adoption, and cultural alignment with digital initiatives.</li><li>Results-driven, with a consistent track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget.</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Fluency in English and Arabic (Written &amp; Verbal).</li><li>Excellent presentation, facilitation, and negotiation skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Project, MS Office Suite, Jira, and collaboration platforms.</li><li>Strong vendor management, contract negotiation, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>High adaptability, critical thinking, and decision-making capabilities.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with ability to work across organizational levels.</li><li>Professionalism, accountability, and ability to deliver independently with minimal supervision.</li></ul>Only candidates matching the above requirements and immediately available in Qatar with QID and NOC need to apply.
