The Role 
Eden the rooftop lounge at one of Cleveland's most recognized destinations. Mediterranean menu, cocktail-driven crowd, sunset-to-late-night energy. High volume on weekends, high expectations every shift. You're not just pouring drinks you're running the guest experience at this icon urban bar. 
What You'll Actually Do 
<ul><li>
Build craft cocktails fast and consistent shortcuts don't 
</li><li>
Work a Mediterranean-forward program that pairs with shareable plates (hummus boards, whipped feta, lamb kofta, shrimp ceviche) 
</li><li>
Engage guests rooftop regulars, hotel guests from around the world, and downtown after-work crowds 
</li><li>
Manage your well, your backbar, and your station like you own it 
</li><li>
Handle POS, tabs, and cash-outs
 
</li><li>Card every guest who looks under 40. Every time. No exceptions. 
</li><li>
Partner with servers, barbacks, and the kitchen to keep tickets moving 
</li><li>
Open, close, and restock per the bar checklist leave the station as it was left for you</li></ul> 
What We Need From You 
<ul><li>
1+ year bartending experience in a full-service bar (craft cocktail or hotel bar a plus, not required) 
</li><li>
Speed under pressure rooftop weekends are not the place to find your rhythm 
</li><li>
Responsible alcohol service 
</li><li>
Clean, professional appearance you're the face of a Marriott Autograph property 
</li><li>
Open availability for nights, weekends, and holidays (this is rooftop season territory) 
</li><li>
21+ (Ohio law for tending bar with spirits)</li></ul>
