</b></h2></div><div><p>Possession of a current Louisiana license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) plus:<br>

A master's degree in social work followed by three years of social services experience.</p></div>

</b></h2></div><p></p><div><p><b>Job Duties:</b></p><p>
As a Licensed Clinician you will provide compassionate, evidence-based behavioral health services to children, youth, and adults experiencing mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders. In this role, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to assess client needs, develop individualized treatment plans, coordinate care, and support clients and their families on their path to recovery.</p><p><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><p>
Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans for children, youth, and adults with mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders.</p></li><li><p>
Provide individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, case management, and supportive counseling to help clients achieve their treatment goals.</p></li><li><p>
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, schools, community providers, and other support systems to coordinate comprehensive behavioral health services.</p></li><li><p>
Monitor client progress, revise individualized Plans of Care as needed, and maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation, including assessments, progress notes, and discharge summaries.</p></li><li><p>
Connect clients and families with community resources while ensuring compliance with HIPAA, professional ethics, organizational policies, and Louisiana licensing standards.</p></li><li><p>
Manage a diverse caseload, participate in staff development and quality improvement initiatives, and contribute to a collaborative, patient-centered behavioral health team dedicated to improving outcomes across the lifespan.</p></li></ul><p><b>

Compensation: The salary offered will be determined based on qualifications and experience.</p><p>
