Role Overview The Student Advisor will serve as a primary point of contact for prospective and current students, providing guidance on programme selection, admissions processes, and academic pathways. The role requires a proactive, student-focused professional who can effectively communicate the value of MSBM&rsquo;s programmes while supporting students from initial enquiry through to enrolment.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Engage with prospective students via phone, email, and digital platforms to understand their educational and career objectives</li><li>Provide detailed information on MSBM programmes, entry requirements, and progression pathways</li><li>Guide applicants through the admissions process, ensuring timely submission of required documentation</li><li>Maintain consistent follow-up with leads to support conversion from enquiry to enrolment</li><li>Build and manage a pipeline of prospective students using CRM systems</li><li>Advise students on suitable programme options aligned with their career goals and prior qualifications</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams (admissions, marketing, academic services) to ensure a seamless student experience</li><li>Support student onboarding processes and provide ongoing advisory support where required</li><li>Meet individual and team enrolment targets and KPIs</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all student interactions</li></ul>Key Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent qualification</li><li>Previous experience in student recruitment, admissions, sales, or customer advisory roles</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to build trust and rapport with a diverse, international student base</li><li>Target-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously</li><li>Strong organisational skills and attention to detail</li><li>Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools</li></ul>Desirable Skills<ul><li>Experience within higher education or EdTech environments</li><li>Knowledge of international education systems and qualification frameworks</li><li>Multilingual capability</li></ul>Key Competencies<ul><li>Student-centric approach with a strong advisory mindset</li><li>Commercial awareness and ability to drive enrolments</li><li>Problem-solving and decision-making ability</li><li>Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Professionalism and strong ethical standards</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Opportunity to be part of a growing international education institution</li><li>Exposure to global student markets and partnerships</li><li>Performance-based incentives</li><li>Professional development and career progression opportunities</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per monthWork Location: Remote
