<div>Position Summary: The Customer Success Clinical Trainer is responsible for developing and delivering clinical training on Mevion proton therapy systems, as well as on new product features. In addition to serving as a key contact for customers and building strong relationships, this role also handles the escalation of customer requests through cross-functional teams. This position will report to Manager, Clinical Solutions &amp; Training.
Essential Functions:<ul><li>
Design and enhance clinical education programs to support both new and current technologies.</li><li>
Identify and manage potential risks for clinical adoptions of the new clinical applications.</li><li>
Driving continuous improvement on the clinical application adoption process.</li><li>
Keeping current in treatment techniques, clinical protocols, and education methodology through continuous education and professional improvement.</li><li>
Applying clinical experience &amp; knowledge to improve the end-to-end user experience of Mevion product offerings, including integrations with third party solutions.</li><li>
Developing customer-facing documentation associated with field actions, potential safety issues, etc.</li><li>
Act as the point of contact for customer accounts, cultivating strong relationships by effectively identifying and addressing customer clinical needs.</li><li>
Conduct regular customer meetings, both virtually and on-site, and coordinate with cross- functional internal teams to advocate for customer needs.</li><li>
Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.</li></ul>
Education, Training, &amp; Experience:<ul><li>
ARRT certification required.</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred.</li><li>
Minimum 5 years of Radiation oncology clinical experience with in-depth knowledge of clinical environment and workflow.</li><li>
Proton Therapy experience preferred.</li><li>
Leadership skill with demonstrated ability to make important decisions, to delegate and coordinate effectively, to manage multi-tasks efficiently.</li><li>
Experience as a teacher or instructor, with supporting evidence.</li></ul>
Preferred Skills:<ul><li>
Quickly learn and clearly explain complex clinical technologies used in products</li><li>
Systems knowledge includes:</li><li>
Particle accelerators</li><li>
X-ray and CT imaging</li><li>
Image fusion</li><li>
Record &amp; verify informatics</li><li>
Patient positioning/support systems</li><li>
Mechanical systems</li><li>
User interfaces and applications</li><li>
Familiarity with radiotherapy accelerators and related equipment</li><li>
Experience developing curriculum and lesson plans</li><li>
Strong presentation skills (public speaking + computer tools)</li><li>
Coaching and consulting experience with proven results</li><li>
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision</li><li>
Customer-focused with a commitment to client success</li><li>
Interested in creative, effective knowledge-sharing methods (e.g., social media)</li></ul>
Physical and Environmental Considerations:<ul><li>
Must be able to sit for long periods of time.</li><li>
Required use of standard office equipment including laptop, phone, copier, etc.</li><li>
Typical office environment.</li><li>
30-40 % domestic travel is required: occasional international travel.</li><li>
The use of the equipment requires physical work in lifting and manipulating heavy objects.</li></ul></div>
