Field Medical Representative Medical Surgical Disposables | Peshawar, Pakistan | Full-TimePKR 33,000/month fixed + sales incentives + bonusesAbout the RoleWe are hiring a Field Medical Representative to cover assigned hospitals across Peshawar. You will promote our surgical Disposables/Disinfectant to doctors and hospital staff, generate orders, and maintain accurate field data &mdash; all while meeting monthly territory targets.Responsibilities<ul><li>Visit all assigned hospitals daily across the Peshawar territory.</li></ul><ul><li>Build relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and procurement staff to drive orders.</li></ul><ul><li>Achieve 10 active hospital accounts by Month 1 and 15 by Month 2.</li></ul><ul><li>Pursue government tender approvals to earn tender-based incentives.</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain 100% complete doctor records: contact details, specialization, clinic schedule, patient volume, and visit outcomes.</li></ul><ul><li>Submit daily GPS-verified visit logs and field reports.</li></ul><ul><li>Monitor competitor products and pricing within the territory.</li></ul><ul><li>Follow fixed pricing policy strictly &mdash; no discounts or negotiations permitted.</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>Basic Salary: PKR 20,000/month</li></ul><ul><li>Hospital Duty Allowance: PKR 13,000/month (GPS-verified)</li></ul><ul><li>Sales Incentive: 5% on PKR 200K&ndash;400K sales; 7% on PKR 400K&ndash;700K per hospital</li></ul><ul><li>Government Tender Incentive: 2% of tender value on payment realization</li></ul><ul><li>Data Quality Bonus: PKR 2,000/month for 100% data completeness</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor's in pharmacy, Life Sciences, or any field (BA graduates with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply</li></ul><ul><li>1&ndash;2 years in pharmaceutical sales or medical detailing preferred; motivated freshers welcome.</li></ul><ul><li>Strong communication skills and ability to engage healthcare professionals.</li></ul><ul><li>Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently.</li></ul><ul><li>Familiarity with Peshawar hospitals is a strong advantage.</li></ul><ul><li>Basic computer and mobile reporting skills.</li></ul>How to ApplySend your CV to um@mezaninternational.com with the subject line: FMR &mdash; Peshawar Application.Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
