We are an Interior Fit Out company currently looking for an Project Engineer to join our team.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan, manage, and supervise day-to-day site activities for interior fit-out projects.</li><li>Review drawings, specifications, and BOQ; coordinate with design and procurement teams.</li><li>Ensure project execution as per approved drawings, quality standards, and safety regulations.</li><li>Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports on site status, delays, and challenges.</li><li>Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and workforce to achieve project timelines.</li><li>Conduct site inspections and resolve technical/site issues promptly.</li><li>Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities for approvals and inspections.</li><li>Ensure proper implementation of HSE (Health, Safety &amp; Environment) policies on site.</li><li>Assist in preparing project schedules, material submittals, shop drawings, and close-out documents.</li><li>Control project costs and minimize wastage of materials and resources.</li></ul>Must have:<ul><li>Should have handled atleast 3-4 projects at a time.</li><li>Experience innTurnkey fitout with min project values of 500k</li><li>Basic knowledge in UAE authority regulations</li></ul>Job Location: DubaiJob Type: Full-timePay: From AED4,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Project Engineer in a FitOut company: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>
