The Capital Markets Analyst supports the execution and processing of multifamily commercial loan transactions across a broad range of capital sources, including Agency lenders (Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac), banks, life insurance companies, debt funds, and CMBS lenders. This role plays a key part in coordinating underwriting, due diligence, lender communications, and closing activities for acquisition, refinance, supplemental, and portfolio financing transactions.

The Analyst works closely with cross‑functional internal teams&mdash;including accounting, investor relations, asset management, property management, construction management, risk management, and systems support&mdash;to ensure transactions progress efficiently and accurately from origination through closing.

Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Support the underwriting and execution of multifamily loan transactions across multiple lender types</li>
<li>Coordinate due diligence materials and lender requirements throughout the transaction lifecycle</li>
<li>Assist with lender communications and closing deliverables</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and validate financial, operational, and property‑level information</li>
<li>Track transaction milestones, timelines, and documentation in a deadline‑driven environment</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, business, accounting, or a related field required</li>
<li>Strong analytical, research, and problem‑solving skills</li>
<li>Ability to work with sensitive and confidential financial information in business or financial analysis environments</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)</li>
<li>Experience with, or willingness to learn, project management tools such as Asana</li>
<li>Comfort using MS Copilot or other AI tools to support research, analysis, and process automation</li>
<li>Prior experience in commercial real estate finance, capital markets, loan processing, asset management, or property operations is preferred but not required</li>
<li>Ability to understand and analyze income statements, balance sheets, budgets, and rent rolls</li>
<li>Self‑starter with the ability to anticipate transaction needs, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines</li>
<li>Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and commitment to confidentiality</li>
<li>Willingness to learn lender‑specific requirements, loan structures, and capital markets terminology</li>

Compensation and Benefits

<li>$70,304-$75k DOE</li>
<li>Company profit sharing</li>

We are seeking a Part-time Leasing Consultant for our beautiful property Malbec Apartments in Englewood, CO!

This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to residents and potential residents, while utilizing professional sales and marketing techniques, and solid customer service skills to maintain high occupancy at the apartment property.

Additional Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Meets and greets prospective residents, in a timely and friendly manner.</li>
<li>Qualifies applicants for apartments in a thorough and timely manner.</li>
<li>Coordinates with maintenance staff to ensure smooth move-ins for the new residents.</li>
<li>Maintains thorough and up-to-date rental files. Accurately enters rental data into the computer.</li>
<li>Prepares leases for and oversees the signing of leases by new residents.</li>
<li>Assists in completion of monthly administrative tasks and ensures property's paperwork is organized and complete.</li>
<li>Interacts with residents in a professional manner to resolve maintenance issues, handle complaints, and ensure timely payment of rents.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>1 year of property management experience preferred!</li>
<li>Excellent sales and customer service skills are essential!</li>
<li>The desire to work in a team setting with a company that loves to promote from within</li>
<li>Professional etiquette essential!</li>
</ul>
Compensation and Benefits
<ul>
<li>$22-$23/hr</li>
<li>Monthly and quarterly bonuses</li>
