PURCHASE EXECUTIVE (FRESHERS REQUIRED)Key Responsibilities&#61623; Support manufacturing and production departments by ensuring the timely procurement of required materials such as mechanical, electrical, and engineering items, as well as other consumables and raw materials.&#61623; Coordinate with production and procurement teams to ensure smooth workflow and on-time material delivery.&#61623; Support manufacturing and production departments by ensuring the timely procurement of required materials such as, development, and negotiation.&#61623; Prepare and maintain accurate documentation (inquiries, quotations, comparative statements, POs, etc.).&#61623; Coordinate with logistics officers for shipment handling, transportation, and delivery.&#61623; Verify incoming materials for compliance with specifications and quality standards.&#61623; Process supplier invoices as per contract terms.Required Skills &amp; Competencies&#61623; Strong knowledge of mechanical components and engineering materials.&#61623; Understanding of procurement processes and supply chain operations.&#61623; Vendor management and negotiation skills.&#61623; Excellent coordination and communication abilities.&#61623; Accuracy in documentation and multitasking skills.&#61623; Basic understanding of quality standards and inspection procedures.&#61623; Proficiency in MS Office and SAP systems.Qualifications&#61623; Any bachelor&rsquo;s degree in B.COM, BBA, BCA or a related field.
