Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Associate Endodontist to join our dynamic dental team. In this vital role, you will provide expert endodontic care, focusing on root canal therapy and other complex pulp and root-related procedures. Your expertise will help preserve natural teeth and improve patient outcomes while working in a state-of-the-art dental environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with general dentists and specialists, delivering comprehensive patient-centered care with precision and compassion.Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform root canal treatments, retreatments, and other endodontic procedures with meticulous attention to detail.</li><li>Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental history reviews, to develop effective treatment plans.</li><li>Utilize advanced dental imaging techniques to diagnose and plan appropriate interventions.</li><li>Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and dental office standards.</li><li>Collaborate seamlessly with general dentists, oral surgeons, prosthodontists, and pediatric dentists to coordinate patient care.</li><li>Uphold strict infection control protocols using aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety during procedures.</li><li>Educate patients about their treatment options, post-operative care, and preventive strategies to promote oral health.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Valid license or certification as an Endodontist in the respective jurisdiction.</li><li>Proven experience in performing root canal therapy, endodontic retreatments, and related procedures.</li><li>Proficiency with dental software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix for documentation and scheduling.</li><li>Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, medical terminology, and infection control standards.</li><li>Familiarity with dental fabrication techniques and the use of medical imaging tools for diagnosis.</li><li>Experience working in a fast-paced dental clinic environment with a focus on patient care excellence.</li><li>Ability to perform four-handed dentistry efficiently while maintaining high standards of aseptic technique.
