Summary Fix mechanical equipment at the Workshop. Troubleshoot, repair and improve various pieces of equipment that are critical to HMH operations. Job Responsibilities <ul> <li>Execute the assignments with a moderate degree of supervision</li> <li>Execute the assignment in a safe and efficient way.</li> <li>Understands how assigned duties relate to others in the team</li> <li>Be able to read and understand simple to complex wiring schematics</li> <li>Has no supervisory responsibilities; may provide informal guidance to less experienced colleagues</li> <li> Recognizes and solves typical problems that can occur in own work area without supervisory approval; evaluates and selects solutions from established options</li> <li>Get the necessary information and training about new assignments and new machines, equipment and material before start-up.</li> <li>Keep the working area tidy and clean at any time.</li> <li>Participate in developing the workshop and be a team player.</li> <li>Interact with customers and other HMH personnel in a professional manner to provide efficient service delivery to all customers within assigned area.</li> <li>Maintain communication to ensure resolution and proper follow-up.</li> <li>Maintaining tools and test equipment and ensuring they are properly calibrated. </li> <li> Perform all work in accordance with HMH and client safety policies.</li> <li> Document all services performed and actions carried out on service and time tickets.</li> <li> Stay current on information contained in Product and Safety Bulletins.</li> <li> Stay current on information with HMH Lifecycle Services mechanical procedures and ensure that all work performed is handled according to procedures and guidelines.</li> <li> Support all the company s objectives.</li> <li> Complete all work in compliance with company and customer s policies and procedures for HSSE.</li> <li> Be guided by HMH Visions and Values in all activities.</li> </ul>
