Murphy-Hoffman Company, LLC is North America’s largest Kenworth truck dealership group and leasing group. As MHC continues to grow, we have an opening for an Customer Support Specialist. This position handles inbound emergency and service calls from customers and drivers and uses established policies, procedures, and systems to schedule and manage repairs in a 24/7 environment.
 <ul>
<li>Answers inbound breakdown and non-domicile truck repair calls and schedules repairs. Arranges for substitute trucks as required.</li>
<li>Ensures trucks are returned to service as quickly as possible and verifies repairs are adequate and cost appropriate.</li>
<li>Manages and documents each event in the computer systems provided.</li>
<li>Communicates repair status to the customer and branch management teams via multiple channels including email, text, and phone.</li>
<li>Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>One year of dispatching and/or truck, automotive, or heavy equipment repair industry experience strongly preferred.</li>
<li>Customer relationship management (CRM) systems experience preferred.</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li>
<li>Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making abilities.</li>
<li>Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs including nights and weekends.</li>

Dispatch Coordinator

Description: 
Murphy-Hoffman Company, LLC is North America’s largest Kenworth truck dealership group and leasing group. As MHC continues to grow, we have an opening for a Diesel Service Apprentice / Mechanic. The role of the Diesel Service Apprentice / Mechanic performs light maintenance work under close supervision. First stage of training for Service Technician status.
 <ul>
<li>Performs maintenance type work (i.e. preventive maintenance, pre-delivery inspections, light electrical repairs, etc.) under supervision.</li>
<li>Assists Service Technician in heavy-duty truck repair.</li>
<li>Attends training sessions to gain knowledge and experience.</li>
<li>Maintains a neat and orderly work area and properly handles company tools.</li>
<li>Performs other duties as assigned by a supervisor.</li>
</ul>
