MHP Food Trading is looking for a motivated Sales Executive with experience in the UAE (Sharjah/Ajman) food service industry to drive business growth by acquiring and managing clients such as restaurants, hotels, catering companies, caf&eacute;s, and institutional buyers (schools, hospitals, etc.) with focus in Sharjah and Ajman Emirates.Key Responsibilities: <ul><li>Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, annual sales targets for food service products in Sharjah and Ajman.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with chefs, procurement managers, and distributors.</li><li>Stay updated on UAE food trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.</li><li>Conduct product demonstrations, tastings, and negotiations with potential clients.</li><li>Identify new business opportunities and onboard new clients in the SH/AJ market.</li><li>Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.</li><li>Maintain accurate sales records, track performance, and provide market feedback to management.</li></ul>Qualifications and Skills Required: <ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred).</li><li>Minimum 3-5 years in B2B food sales, preferably in UAE&rsquo;s HORECA sector.</li><li>Familiarity with UAE food service distribution channels and key players.</li><li>Strong ability to persuade and close deals.</li><li>Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.</li><li>Valid UAE driving license.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office &amp; CRM tools.</li><li>Fluent in English, other languages are plus.</li></ul>Preference will be given candidates who can join immediately.Please, apply via Indeed or send your CV to our email mhpuaejobs@mhp.com.uaThank you.Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>How soon you can join the company?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>HoReCa sales: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>
