Job description:&middot; Facility &amp; Administration Management&middot; Supervise daily administrative operations building, housekeeping, and parking, utilities.&middot; Ensure compliance with all internal SOPs and operational protocols for building safety and cleanliness.&middot; Security &middot; Manage security personnel deployment, CCTV monitoring, access control, and emergency response systems.&middot; Conduct regular security audits and drills to ensure protection of building premises and occupants.&middot; Government &amp; Legal Liaison&middot; Handle all dealings with CBC, KMC, for labour, Sessi, Eobi inspections, and documentation.&middot; Maintain regular communication with relevant authorities for compliance and issue resolution.&middot; Letter &amp; Document Drafting&middot; Conduct correspondence related to building operations, government departments, and internal Correspondence.&middot; Ensure timely submission and follow-up of official communications.&middot; Incident Reporting&middot; Prepare incident reports, investigate and take immediate corrective actions in coordination with management and law enforcement when needed.&middot; Staff Supervision &amp; Vendor Coordination.&middot; Lead the admin and security teams, ensuring punctuality, performance, and discipline.&middot; Liaise with outsourced vendors, utility services, pest control, and other third-party service providers.&middot; Budgeting &amp; Procurement Support&middot; Assist in preparing admin/security budgets and verifying purchases of safety equipment, uniforms, and maintenance materials.Preferably Armed force retired person aged 40-50.Good communication skill, team work and negotiation, and interpersonal skill.Apply in confidence by 10th of janunary-2025.Current package 150,000/- slightly flexible as per the competency and capabilities.Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to Rs150,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
