The Physical Education Teacher will be responsible for developing students&rsquo; physical competence, promoting healthy lifestyle habits, and fostering teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship. The role includes planning, delivering, and assessing physical education lessons in alignment with the school&rsquo;s curriculum and educational standards.Key Responsibilities1. Teaching &amp; Curriculum Delivery<ul><li>Plan and deliver engaging PE lessons that cater to varying skill levels and abilities.</li><li>Instruct students in a variety of sports, games, fitness activities, and health education topics.</li><li>Incorporate safety guidelines and injury prevention measures in all activities.</li><li>Adapt lessons to include students with different learning needs and physical abilities.</li></ul>2. Student Development &amp; Assessment<ul><li>Assess and record student performance, progress, and participation.</li><li>Provide constructive feedback to students to encourage improvement and motivation.</li><li>Organize skill development programs and inter-house/class competitions.</li></ul>3. Extracurricular &amp; Event Management<ul><li>Coach school teams for inter-school competitions and sports meets.</li><li>Plan and coordinate annual sports day and other physical activity events.</li><li>Encourage participation in fitness programs and extracurricular sports clubs.</li></ul>4. Health, Safety &amp; Discipline<ul><li>Maintain sports equipment and ensure safe use of facilities.</li><li>Enforce rules of games and promote fair play and good sportsmanship.</li><li>Educate students on healthy lifestyle habits, nutrition, and physical wellness.</li></ul>5. Collaboration &amp; Professional Development<ul><li>Work closely with other teachers and school leadership to integrate PE with the overall curriculum.</li><li>Attend staff meetings, training programs, and professional development workshops.</li><li>Maintain open communication with parents regarding student performance and participation.</li></ul>Qualifications Education &amp; Certification:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or related field (B.P.Ed / M.P.Ed preferred).</li><li>Teaching certification as per local/state education board requirements.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;17,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
