As a member of the Account Management team you will be in the unique position to work closely with individuals from other departments including Client Partners, Trading, Analysis, Marketing and Product, not only within the UK but across our global business. You will be responsible for retaining and growing our key accounts via strategic partnerships underpinned by successful campaigns and best in class service. You will also act as a mentor to Senior Account Executives (where appropriate) to ensure the department is always developing and fostering the next generation of Account Managers.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Your main responsibilities will include:

Client Management:
<ul>
<li>Executing/delivering client strategy</li>
<li>Confidently pivot focus and priorities based on new information whilst steering towards end goal</li>
<li>Build robust relationships with client stakeholders at all levels</li>
<li>Flex communication style for each client</li>
<li>Actively listen to stakeholders and clients to understand their needs and identify opportunities and solutions that cater to those needs</li>
</ul>
Campaign operations:
<ul>
<li>Protect and grow MiQ&rsquo;s key accounts</li>
<li>Ensure all relevant assets and materials necessary for campaign setup are gathered</li>
<li>Drive up-weights and new opportunities across your team &amp; portfolio</li>
<li>Ensure re-bookings and forecasting accuracy, where applicable and relevant.</li>
<li>Ensure SLAs are met and campaign operations are seamless</li>
<li>Maintain regular communication with all accounts across patch including scheduling and hosting face-to-face meetings, entertainment &amp; business reviews</li>
</ul>
Strategic Thinking and Technical Capability:
<ul>
<li>Consistently maintain Account strategy books across all key accounts</li>
<li>Ready to learn any new platforms or technology a new client will be using</li>
<li>Proactively connect multiple data points to drive solutions for clients</li>
<li>Identify relevant insights; recognise patterns and points of differentiation</li>
</ul>
Influencing
<ul>
<li>Acts as a &rdquo;trusted advisor&rdquo; to stakeholders, clients and team; sought out as a sounding board.</li>
<li>Works hand in hand with Trading lead and Client Partners to ensure a seamless working relationship amongst the three teams</li>
<li>Honestly and proactively challenges internal/external stakeholders&rsquo; ideas respectfully</li>
<li>Maintains deep knowledge of what the challenges are for each business area</li>
<li>Continually works to expand network by building relationships internally and across the industry</li>
</ul>

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
<ul>
<li>Minimum 2 years in an advertising/media agency (or similar)</li>
<li>Working in a team environment</li>
<li>Client facing experience in programmatic advertising (Client Services/ Sales Support/ Ad-Ops background)</li>
<li>Demonstrable experience of retaining and growing key accounts</li></ul>

What you&rsquo;ll bring
<ul>
<li>Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field preferred</li>
<li>Minimum 6 years of Digital Media Sales experience, with min 1 yr experience in Ad-tech / Programmatic company</li>
<li>Creative, Problem Solver with the ability to understand needs of the customers and delivering innovative solutions</li>
<li>Understanding on Digital &amp; Mobile marketing industry and ecosystem</li>
<li>Outstanding written, communication and selling skills</li>
<li>Strong commitment to sales and service with good interpersonal skills, initiative and follow through</li>
<li>Able to handle multiple priorities</li>
