MiQ is seeking a Programmatic Sales Manager to lead the growth of our expanding regional operations in the Middle East. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in safeguarding and advancing our business in the region. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

<li>Ensure we meet and exceed revenue and profit targets for the assigned region</li>
<li>Manage your patch of business at all levels from mid-senior down to junior planner level, working closely with the centralized trading division and external partners</li>
<li>Ensure an effective sales strategy is devised and implemented across the group</li>
<li>Be an educator, ad tech expert and true partner to our clients by staging and organizing workshops and industry updates</li>
<li>Work across and implement our whole suite of products within the region from enterprise down to display campaigns</li>
<li>Effectively monitor and report spend levels across your patch of business</li>
<li>Proactively pitch strategic ideas to key clients which will hit their marketing objectives</li>
<li>Work closely with our product and analysis teams to tailor our products and insights to our clients&rsquo; needs</li>
<li>Work closely with our client services and trading teams to ensure world class process, results and client service are delivered</li>
<li>Play a role in client entertainment and relationship building</li>
<li>Pinpoint threats and opportunities for MiQ within your portfolio</li>

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

As a member of the Account Management team you will be in the unique position to work closely with individuals from other departments including Client Partners, Trading, Analysis, Marketing and Product, not only within the UK but across our global business. You will be responsible for retaining and growing our key accounts via strategic partnerships underpinned by successful campaigns and best in class service. You will also act as a mentor to Senior Account Executives (where appropriate) to ensure the department is always developing and fostering the next generation of Account Managers.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Your main responsibilities will include:

Client Management:

<li>Executing/delivering client strategy</li>
<li>Confidently pivot focus and priorities based on new information whilst steering towards end goal</li>
<li>Build robust relationships with client stakeholders at all levels</li>
<li>Flex communication style for each client</li>
<li>Actively listen to stakeholders and clients to understand their needs and identify opportunities and solutions that cater to those needs</li>

Campaign operations:
<ul>
<li>Protect and grow MiQ's key accounts</li>
<li>Ensure all relevant assets and materials necessary for campaign setup are gathered</li>
<li>Drive up-weights and new opportunities across your team &amp; portfolio</li>
<li>Ensure re-bookings and forecasting accuracy, where applicable and relevant.</li>
<li>Ensure SLAs are met and campaign operations are seamless</li>
<li>Maintain regular communication with all accounts across patch including scheduling and hosting face-to-face meetings, entertainment &amp; business reviews</li>
</ul>
Strategic Thinking and Technical Capability:

<li>Consistently maintain Account strategy books across all key accounts</li>
<li>Ready to learn any new platforms or technology a new client will be using</li>
<li>Proactively connect multiple data points to drive solutions for clients</li>

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
<ul>
<li>Minimum 2 years in an advertising/media agency (or similar)</li>
<li>Working in a team environment</li>
<li>Client facing experience in programmatic advertising (Client Services/ Sales Support/ Ad-Ops background)</li>
<li>Demonstrable experience of retaining and growing key accounts</li></ul>
