 Requirements:
 
 
 
 The
 
 Field Trainer
 
 is responsible for delivery and continuous improvement of training programs, conducting needs assessment, executing training, developing reinforcements and assisting in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Collaborate with instructional designers to develop programs and curricula for employees of the organization for both orientation and in-job training
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with the company's management to identify training needs and schedule appropriate training sessions for employees
 </li>
 <li>
 Deliver training to employees using a variety of instructional techniques and teaching tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Administer training for designated groups with the ability to deliver, project and motivate trainees through effective training methodologies both in group and individual classroom dynamics
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with designers to develop systems to monitor and ensure employees are performing their responsibilities according to the training
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure the compliance of the company's employees to cooperate with standards and procedures during training sessions
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide support and mentoring for new employees and identifying sections where reinforcements are needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide continual support to members of management on-site
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in evaluating training programs
 </li>
 <li>
 Conducting periodic (monthly or quarterly) operational audits/inspections of all clinical operational practices, policies, and standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform other related duties as assigned or requested

 Requirements
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Knowledge of Adult Learning Techniques
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and cultivate a never-ending appetite for learning to broaden your knowledge
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organization and time-management skills to prioritize, delegate tasks and set goals for productivity
 </li>
 <li>
 Creative and problem-solving skills to invent new ways to accommodate the learning needs of contemporary learners
 </li>
 <li>
 Effective communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills to inspire and engage learners
 </li>
 <li>
 Technologically intermediate/advanced skills in MS products &ndash; Work/PowerPoint/Excel.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good research skills to perform advanced and analytical research to find reliable and relevant content for the learner
 </li>
 <li>
 High empathy skills and understanding of effective teaching methodologies and the willingness to keep up to date of new techniques in teaching
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Education &amp; Experience:
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 1-2 years of work-related skill, knowledge, or experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Expert use of computers
 </li>
 <li>
 Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with learning management systems
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Travel Requirements:
