Ltd. has brand Independence Brewing Company across 2 cities- Mumbai and Pune.Opening is in Mumbai, Pune &amp; Nashik.Job Description:- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop a content calendar aligned with campaign goals.&middot; Ensure all recording &amp; studio equipment is in good working order and keep track of new purchases and other expenses related to the equipment.&middot; Research, plan, and create scripts for videos that support our client&rsquo;s interests and enhance their brand presence.&middot; Coordinate video recording schedule and plan with staff, subject matter experts, and clients.&middot; Record high-quality video content for various projects.&middot; Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos.&middot; Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.&middot; Handle live streaming for events.&middot; Ensure efficient archiving, regular backups &amp; secure storage of all digital assets.&middot; To understand completely &amp; conform to all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs.&middot; To report for duty punctually wearing appropriate attire.&middot; To maintain high standards of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.&middot; Follow clean-as-you-go policy and keep work area clean at all times.&middot; To maintain a good rapport and working relationship with units, HOR and all other departments.&middot; To provide courteous, professional, attentive, and efficient service at all times towards internal &amp; external customers&middot; Be willing and open to transfer across our formats as per work exigencies&middot; Be open to cross functional training/movement at all times.To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.&middot; Manual dexterity, physical mobility, some physical strength, and stamina.&middot; Creativity and attention to detail.&middot; Ability to work under deadline pressure.&middot; Organization to manage their time efficiently.&middot; Ability to capture snippets of film and be able to edit it into a cohesive story.&middot; Flexibility and good listening skills.&middot; Energy and determination.&middot; Technical acumen to be able to operate, configure, set up, and fix video, audio, lighting, or other production equipment.&middot; Must know computerized tape editing software &amp; equipment.Can work in a variety of digital venues with software to edit.EXPERIENCE: &middot; Degree or diploma in any subject.&middot; A certificate course in videography or cinematography.&middot; Familiarity with different digital cameras, laptop.&middot; Strong communication &amp; interpersonal skills.&middot; Knowledge of different motion picture techniques.&middot; Ability to work in team &amp; excellent analytical skills.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Freelance Contract length: 12 monthsPay: &#8377;40,000.00 - &#8377;45,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Commuter assistance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
