We wear a lot of hats, move fast, and keep things simple and honest.We're building out our administrative foundation as we grow, and we need the right person to help keep the day-to-day running smoothly.The RoleThis is an Administrative Manager role &mdash; the person who keeps the office organized, the records straight, the invoices moving, and the daily details from slipping through the cracks. You'll also help with some day-to-day coordination (scheduling, basic client &amp; Security personnel communication) as needed, but the core of the job is administrative.You'll work closely with our small, hands-on team where everyone pitches in.What You'll Own<ul><li>General office administration &mdash; records, filings, correspondence, compliance tracking (licenses, permits, renewals)</li><li>Billing support &mdash; preparing invoices and vendor bills from templates in Zoho Books</li><li>Scheduling assistance &mdash; helping coordinate appointments, calendars, bookings (hotel, vehicle)</li><li>Vendor and document management</li><li>Light client communication support as needed</li><li>Keeping our internal systems organized</li></ul>What We're Looking For<ul><li>2+ years in administrative, office support, or assistant-type roles</li><li>Organized, detail-oriented, reliable</li><li>Solid written and spoken English</li><li>Comfortable with AI agents, AI systems (Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.) is a must</li><li>Familiarity with Zoho, QuickBooks, or similar is a plus &mdash; happy to train</li><li>Bilingual English/Russian, English/Ukrainian or English/Spanish is a plus</li><li>Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship.</li><li>Must be able to pass a Background check, if applicable.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>$24.00-$26.00/hr starting pay based on experience</li><li>Stable, full-time, fully in-office position (Hallandale Beach)</li><li>Small team where your work is visible and valued</li><li>Definite room to grow as the company grows</li></ul>Location: Hallandale Beach, FL 33009 Start: ImmediateSend resume + a short note about yourself to apply here or directly to our email: info@vsgrouplogistics.comCHECK US OUT: www.voyagerprotection.comPay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hourWork Location: In person
