This position is responsible for assisting with HR-related duties including recruiting and administrative filling, packet creation, report updating and front desk reception duties.</p>

EDUCATION AND RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE:</b></h4><ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>
Associate degree Preferred.</li><li>
25 Years prior human resources administration experience required.</li><li>
HRIS and ERP experience required.</li><li>
Bilingual in English and Spanish</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS OR CERTIFICATIONS:</b></h4><ul><li>
Criminal background check required for hire.</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
QUALIFICATIONS:</b></h4><ul><li>
Knowledge of trending Human Resources Information Systems, i.e., Paychex, ADP, PeopleSoft</li><li>
Knowledge of Microsoft Suite, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint</li><li>
Strong work ethic and skill in being detailoriented with a proven track record for accuracy.</li><li>
Strong organizational skills.</li><li>
Knowledge of recruiting and staffing logistics</li><li>
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity while executing responsibilities.</li><li>
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, across all levels in the organization.</li><li>
Ability to demonstrate flexibility and maintain a calm, positive disposition regardless of the situation.</li><li>
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with conflicting priorities.</li><li>
Ability to demonstrate a high level of professionalism, discretion, and customer focus.</li><li>
Ability to demonstrate a team player attitude.</li><li>
Successfully pass a background check, including criminal history, drug screen, physical, audiogram, and vision test.</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></h4><ul><li>
Managing the front desk responsibilities (See Front Desk SOP), including but not limited to:</li></ul><p>
Answering phones, greeting guests, processing mail.</p>
<ul><li>
Processing Service Awards for all facilities, which includes, service award certificates, maintaining the service pin and helmet sticker inventory</li><li>
Maintaining the Gift Card Spreadsheet</li><li>
Assist HR Generalist with screening initiatives, such as, posting open positions, screening applications, phone screens, forwarding resumes to management and creating calendar reminders for candidate interviews.</li><li>
Prepare new hire folders and send out new hire packets for site HR Generalist</li><li>
Updating and Distribution of Staff Phone Directory List</li><li>
Updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) as required</li><li>
Assisting with administrative duties, such as, filing, stuffing envelopes, sorting, mass mailings, and drafting correspondences</li><li>
Administrative responsibility for Front Lobby, Strategy Room and Front Office Conference Room, including but not limited to ensuring area remains tidy, and miniconference refrigerator remains stocked.</li><li>
Administrative responsibility for Breakroom, including but not limited to ensuring break room remains tidy, coffee machine turned off at end of days, and coffee filter discarded.</li><li>
Administrative responsibility for managing inventory for items needed for breakroom/conference room and send email correspondence to MICA Corporation for placing order.</li><li>
Responsible for managing inventory spreadsheets for office supplies from the supply closes, as well as send out email correspondence to office staff for supply request.</li><li>
Other human resources job duties and projects as assigned.</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT OPERATING KNOWLEDGE:</b></h4><ul><li>
Operating knowledge of and experience with personal computers.</li><li>
Operating knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.</li><li>
Operating knowledge of typical office equipment, such as telephones, copier, email, 10key, etc.</li><li>
Operating knowledge of company&rsquo;s HRIS system and benefits online system required within 1 month after hire.</li><li>
Operating knowledge of email &amp; communication management systems required</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>

Shift time: 8 AM - 5 PM</p>
