We are looking for highly motivated individuals who have excellent communication skills who work independently, are detail orientated and have the ability to multi-task.Our team members are well compensated and have many bonus opportunities and room for advancement.Qualifications<ul><li>At least 1 year experience in Worker&rsquo;s Compensation Law.</li><li>Familiar with EAMS/ WCAB, DORs filing, PQME evaluation</li><li>Excellent grammar and communication skills</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills</li><li>Bilingual English/Spanish required</li></ul>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Process and organize new files from Intake</li><li>Assist handling attorney or hearing representative from beginning of case to settlement</li><li>Serve as primary point of contact to applicant, insurance, and medical providers on case</li><li>File and Serve Workers Compensation Documents</li><li>Manage applicants&rsquo; treatment including obtaining medical records, scheduling medical appointments, requesting doctor panels, scheduling AME/PQMEs</li><li>Prepare Pre-Trial Conference Statements, settlement documents and Trial exhibits</li><li>Keep applicants up to date on the status of their case</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>Competitive salary based on experience ($22/hr - $34/hr)</li><li>Performance Bonus Opportunities</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Medical, dental and 401(k) with employer contribution</li><li>Ongoing training and advancement opportunities</li><li>Modern fully equipped ergonomic workstations</li><li>Company outings, parties and appreciation days</li></ul>Highly experienced candidates with significant workers&rsquo; compensation case management experience may be considered for higher compensation.Please email resume including contact information if interested.Pay: Up to $34.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
