Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and support. This role requires strong time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Must know dentrix billing 4 days a weekResponsibilities<ul><li>Greet and assist clients and visitors upon arrival, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.</li><li>Manage scheduling and calendar appointments for staff, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.</li><li>Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, providing accurate information as needed.</li><li>Maintain organized records and files, including patient or client information, ensuring confidentiality at all times.</li><li>Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, proofreading documents, and managing office supplies.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations of the front desk area.</li><li>Provide support in various capacities such as medical or dental receptionist duties when necessary.</li><li>Utilize Google Workspace tools for document management and communication effectively.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.</li><li>Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.</li><li>Familiarity with calendar management and scheduling software is essential.</li><li>Experience as a medical or dental receptionist is a plus but not required.</li><li>Proficiency in Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) is highly desirable.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer support; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.</li><li>Attention to detail with strong proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in documentation.</li><li>Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.</li></ul>Join our team as a Front Desk Agent where you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional experience for our clients while contributing to the overall success of our organization.Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hourAbility to Commute:<ul><li>Brooklyn, NY 11209 (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Brooklyn, NY 11209: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
