Michael Smith DMD, LLC is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Hygiene Assistant.In this role, you will be the &quot;right hand&quot; to our dental hygienists, ensuring our patients have a seamless and comfortable experience from the moment they are seated until they schedule their next visit. This is an entry-level position designed for someone who is eager to learn, dependable, and possesses a strong work ethic.Primary Responsibilities<ul><li>Patient Care: Greet and seat patients promptly, ensuring they are comfortable and prepared for their appointment.</li><li>Radiography: Take high-quality dental X-rays (digital) as requested.</li><li>Clinical Support: Assist the hygienist with charting, taking detailed notes during exams, and maintaining a clean, sterile environment.</li><li>Administrative: Help patients schedule their follow-up hygiene appointments and maintain the flow of the daily schedule.</li><li>Sterilization: Ensure instruments are cleaned, sterilized, and set up according to office protocols.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Experience: No prior dental experience is required! We are happy to train the right person.
