<div>Support Center - Irving 
 
The Space Planning Analyst applies advanced analysis to specific planogram/modular and market performance that will drive actionable recommendations for future planning and decision making. Through the understanding of business and select store performance, the Space Planning Analyst will apply a mix of quantitative and qualitative skills to create reports and tools used by the organization on a regular basis in critical space planning sessions.
 
 
This Team Member will also serve as a lead analyst for various projects centered around the impact of various strategic levers on productivity and sales, ranging from Basic and Seasonal planograms/modulars to store relays to select store tests to store level SKU rationalization. 
 
Major Activities 
 
Analyze sales, gross margin, &amp; Space productivity performance at a SKU, POG or Department level:<ul><li>
Mine large &amp; complex data sets using SQL &amp; various tools to drive sales &amp; margin.</li><li>
Solve Planogram &amp; Space opportunities through clustering &amp; modeling to maximize sales and customer space/shopping experience</li><li>
Collect &amp; analyze groups of data to look for conclusions, patterns, and potential opportunities</li><li>
Continue to streamline, develop, and simplify regular reporting</li><li>
Communicate findings to cross functional teams concisely</li></ul>
Project Manage macro-analysis needed for quarterly submissions, store relays, special projects, and new stores:<ul><li>
Identify sales opportunities through data analysis</li><li>

Execute the block planning model as needed for Floor Planning projects and new store planning</li><li>

Deliver friendly customer service by helping customers shop at our store and find what they're looking for. Ensure all customers receive a fast and friendly checkout experience. Complete operational tasks including truck unload, merchandise duties, and maintaining store recovery standards as needed to deliver our Brand Promises. 
 
Event Coordination<ul><li>
Plan and coordinate multiple events at once including children's birthday parties and other craft classes or events.</li><li>
Engage with clients of all ages, from 4 to 94+, by creating an environment of fun and creativity.</li><li>
Demonstrate and instruct party participants in the completion of craft projects, perform face painting and other activities.</li><li>
Facilitate and implement party add-ons such as goody bags, balloons, etc. to company standards.</li><li>
Communicate events with clients and store team members.</li><li>
Complete administrative tasks such as answering emails, making phone calls, and completing paperwork as needed.</li><li>
Adjust plans and events based on client's feedback and needs.</li><li>
Create backup or emergency plans to be executed as needed.</li><li>
Ensure client satisfaction for scheduled events.</li><li>
Uphold the company's cleanliness and safety standards. Set up, break down, and clean before and after each event.</li></ul>
Customer Experience<ul><li>
Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions.</li><li>
Provide fast and friendly check out experience.</li><li>
Engage customers on benefits of Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.</li><li>
Educate customer on Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.</li><li>
Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)</li><li>
Participate in the truck un-load, stocking and planogram (POGs) processes.</li><li>
Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance.</li><li>
Perform Store in Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.</li><li>
Support shrink and safety programs</li><li>
Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements; execute Company policies and standards.</li><li>
Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner; remain positive and respectful, even in difficult situations; promote commitment to the organization's vision and values; project a positive image and serve as a role model for other Team Members</li><li>
Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.</li><li>
Participate in daily store cleanliness activities including (but not limited to) sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and maintaining cleanliness of restrooms</li></ul>
