In this role, you will oversee sourcing, vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and procurement strategies to ensure the seamless supply of quality materials for our restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and passionate about optimizing supply chain efficiency.Duties<ul><li>Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals to secure quality supplies at competitive prices.</li><li>Manage supplier relationships, evaluate vendor performance, and negotiate contracts to maximize value.</li><li>Oversee purchasing activities using ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle EBS to ensure timely procurement of materials.</li><li>Conduct root cause analysis to resolve supply chain issues swiftly and prevent future disruptions.</li><li>Collaborate with manufacturing and production teams to align procurement with production planning and inventory needs.</li><li>Ensure compliance with federal acquisition regulations and company policies during all procurement activities.</li><li>Monitor market trends, pricing fluctuations, and supply chain risks to inform sourcing decisions.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven experience in procurement management within the hospitality or manufacturing industry.</li><li>Strong knowledge of ERP systems like SAP, Oracle EBS, and other supply chain management tools.</li><li>Expertise in contract negotiation, contract management, and supplier management.</li><li>Familiarity with procurement processes including sourcing, purchasing, and materials management.</li><li>Ability to perform category management and conduct root cause analysis for supply chain issues.</li><li>Knowledge of federal acquisition regulations (FAR) is a plus.</li><li>Excellent negotiation skills combined with strategic thinking to optimize costs while maintaining quality.
