   Industrial Supply Chain Pipeline. This is a development position lasting from 3 to 6 months, after which time the candidate will be placed in a Supply Chain team at one of our US manufacturing facilities.
  </strong>

  What Will You Do
  <br/>
  <br/>
 </strong>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Complete Michelin&rsquo;s Industrial Supply Chain Pipeline Training Program to successfully assume a Supply Chain position.
  </li>
  <li>
   Acquire knowledge of supply chain including associated processes, systems, methodologies and organization.
  </li>
  <li>
   Develop practical knowledge of operational and tactical planning at Michelin and other associated industrial processes and systems.
  </li>
  <li>
   Lead a project or initiative to apply your knowledge and skills to the optimization of a specific process within the supply chain.

  What Will You Bring

   Bachelor&rsquo;s degree and/or 1&ndash;5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or Industrial Engineering with a supply chain focus.
  </li>
  <li>
   Proven leadership in team or project settings, including goal setting, task delegation, coaching, and fostering a positive work environment.
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong desire to grow into a leadership role within Michelin&rsquo;s Supply Chain organization.
  </li>
  <li>
   Willingness to relocate and work at any U.S. Michelin manufacturing site.
  </li>
  <li>
   Proficiency in Microsoft Office&reg; Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI) and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis and sustainable solutions.
  </li>
  <li>
   Analytical approach with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and connect complex ideas.
