WHAT YOU WILL DO</div><ul><li>
Analyze global trade data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities.</li><li>
Assess the impact of regulatory changes (e.g., tariffs, FTAs, non-tariff barriers) on business operations.</li><li>
Support the development and maintenance of trade reporting tools.</li><li>
Lead Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) classification reviews to ensure accuracy and consistency across parts databases.</li><li>
Provide guidance on country of origin determinations and preferential trade programs.</li><li>
Advise on customs valuation and lead annual policy reviews with cross-functional teams.</li><li>
Act as a subject matter expert on customs and import regulations.</li><li>
Support audits and investigations conducted by customs authorities or internal compliance teams.</li><li>
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance automation using systems like Customs Information Management System (CIMS).</li><li>
Contribute to digital transformation initiatives within trade compliance.</li><li>
Partner with procurement, logistics, legal, and finance teams to ensure end-to-end compliance.</li><li>
Deliver training and support to compliance staff and other partners.</li></ul><div></div><div>
WHAT YOU WILL BRING</div><ul><li>
Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) or Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) &mdash; credentials required upon request.</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree</li><li>
Minimum of 5 years of experience in trade compliance.</li><li>
In-depth knowledge of global trade regulations and customs procedures.</li><li>
Proficiency in trade compliance systems and data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).</li><li>
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li><li>
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to lead initiatives to completion.</li></ul><div></div><div>

Manage the key Account Planning</li><li>
Develop trusted relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition</li><li>
Develop, implement and steer macro action plan that guides the activities to be undertaken with the customers</li><li>
Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing and negotiating solutions that meet their needs and requirements</li><li>
In collaboration with the Category Manager, identify growth opportunities through the Product Screen process and initiate co-construction, leading to new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships</li><li>
Steer the business and negotiate the correct solution is taken and delivered to the customer</li></ul><div></div><div>
Operations</div><ul><li>
In collaboration with stakeholders, define and communicate monthly guidelines/expected activities for members of the Sales Team visiting point of key account point of sales.</li><li>
Steer the business and ensure the correct solution is delivered to customers in a timely manner</li><li>
Serve as contact point for key customers and internal teams</li><li>
Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust</li><li>
Prepare regular customer analysis to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics/process</li><li>
Support your team members with coaching, training, and identifying revenue opportunities</li></ul><div></div><div>
