This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to efficient data management processes while supporting overall administrative functions in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities<ul><li>Enter and update data in Quickbooks</li><li>Maintain accuracy when handling large volumes of data entry tasks, including order processing and record keeping</li><li>Organize and file digital records systematically to ensure easy retrieval and compliance with confidentiality standards</li><li>Perform basic math calculations to verify data accuracy and support data analysis activities using pivot tables and spreadsheets</li><li>Support data collection efforts by compiling information from various sources and ensuring completeness</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Excellent typing skills with a speed of at least 10 key strokes per second for efficient data entry</li><li>Familiarity with office productivity software such as Word processing, spreadsheets, filing systems, and office equipment</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information responsibly while maintaining high levels of accuracy</li><li>Good organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment</li><li>Previous clerical or administrative experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided if needed</li><li>Basic math skills for verifying numerical data and performing simple calculations</li></ul>Join us as a Temporary Data Entry Clerk to play a vital role in ensuring our data is accurate, organized, and accessible.
