As a Purchasing Assistant, your key responsibilities will be to support the timely purchasing of materials and services, ensure accurate and efficient order tracking, and provide exceptional communication and service to internal and external stakeholders.

What it takes?
<ul>
<li>Associate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite</li>
<li>Familiarity with procurement, supply chain, or administrative processes</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality</li>
<li>Ability to work at a job site</li>
