Schedule:</b> Five days per week, 8 hours per day. The two days off per week will include either Saturday or Sunday, and the other will be during the work week.</div><div></div><div><b><br>

As a Member Service Center Representative at Michigan First Credit Union, you&rsquo;ll be challenged to deliver five-star service while building relationships with our members. We&rsquo;re a family here, so outstanding teamwork is a must. Our number one goal is to make our members feel like they can call us for anything, anytime, and they&rsquo;ll be able to hang up the phone feeling confident and satisfied.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
What You&rsquo;ll Do:</b></div><ul><li><div>
Deliver stellar service to credit union members. No slackers here!</div></li><li><div>
Serve as a face (well, voice!) for our brand. Happy, confident, positive &ndash; that&rsquo;s who we are.</div></li><li><div>
Provide solutions. We want the critical thinkers, the expert interviewers, the stellar listeners. You&rsquo;ll need to be able to pinpoint a member&rsquo;s issue and talk them through the solution &ndash; whether it&rsquo;s a problem with online banking, account information, or just a general inquiry. You may even take some loan applications!</div></li><li><div>

Qualifications:
<div><b>
What We Are Looking For:</b></div><ul><li>
Outgoing, personable candidates. You must truly love people to work here.</li><li>
Team members to work one of three shifts &ndash; we have opportunities around the clock!</li><li>
Previous retail/customer service experience.</li><li>
Call Center and/or financial institution experience is a plus.</li><li>
Strong computer skills. You&rsquo;ll need to be able to type, search, and perform transactions quickly, all while providing a friendly voice and high quality experience for our members. They deserve the best!</li><li>
Education. You&rsquo;ll have to be able to learn our processes, products, and services quickly and thoroughly. That&rsquo;s what we&rsquo;re here for, after all! You&rsquo;ll need a high school diploma/GED. An Associate&rsquo;s degree in business or a related field is a plus!</li></ul>
