Michigan Imagery is a fast-growing custom sign company specializing in exterior and interior signage &mdash; from monument signs and wall signs. We&rsquo;re looking for a detail-oriented, creative, and organized team member who can take ownership of projects from start to finish &mdash; both in the office and in communication with our clients.Position OverviewWe&rsquo;re seeking an Office Manager / Graphic Designer who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. This dual role combines project coordination, client communication, and design work. You&rsquo;ll be the central hub that keeps jobs moving &mdash; ensuring quotes, proofs, materials, and schedules are on track &mdash; while also creating sign proofs and artwork in Adobe Illustrator.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Track jobs from quote to completion using our project management system</li><li>Communicate with clients via phone and email about design, timelines, and approvals</li><li>Coordinate with installers, fabricators, and vendors to ensure jobs stay on schedule</li><li>Order materials and follow up on vendor timelines</li><li>Create sign proofs, layouts, and simple production files in Adobe Illustrator (Mac environment)</li><li>Maintain organized digital and physical files for all projects</li><li>Help identify and improve internal systems and processes</li><li>Occasionally greet clients or handle walk-ins at the front office</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li>Excellent communication skills &mdash; clear, professional, and personable</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (required)</li><li>Experience on Mac computers</li><li>A self-starter who can learn independently using how-to videos, documentation, and notes</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and follow through with deadlines</li><li>Customer-focused mindset and professional phone/email presence</li><li>Comfortable in a small-business setting where everyone wears multiple hats &mdash; we can&rsquo;t hold your hand, but we&rsquo;ll give you the tools to succeed</li></ul>Schedule &amp; Compensation<ul><li>Full-time, on-site position</li><li>Our office is open Monday&ndash;Friday, 9:00 AM&ndash;4:00 PM</li><li>Flexible scheduling available as long as the hours are consistent each week &mdash; for example, Monday&ndash;Thursday, or 8:00 AM&ndash;3:00 PM daily</li><li>Competitive pay based on experience</li><li>Paid time off and opportunities for growth within a creative, collaborative environment</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $22.00 - $26.70 per hourExpected hours: 30 &ndash; 40 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Lansing, MI 48919 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
