The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing commercial HVAC projects from conception to completion. This is a critical role responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Project Planning &amp; Execution: Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Client &amp; Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Provide regular updates and address any concerns.
 </li>
 <li>
 Financial Management: Oversee project budgets, track expenses, and manage billing to ensure profitability.
 </li>
 <li>
 Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project teams, including field technicians and other staff.
 </li>
 <li>
 Subcontractor &amp; Supplier Coordination: Source, negotiate with, and manage subcontractors and material suppliers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Quality &amp; Safety Assurance: Enforce strict quality control standards and maintain a safe work environment in compliance with all regulations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Problem-Solving: Proactively identify potential issues and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track.

 </ul>
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Minimum of [5] years of experience in HVAC project management, with a strong focus on commercial projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
 </li>

 Deep understanding of HVAC systems, blueprints, and construction processes.

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
 </li>

 Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

HVAC Project Manager

We are a Family-owned Plumbing/HVAC company focused primarily on commercial service and new construction looking for a full-time Commercial HVAC Estimator to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our project success by accurately calculating the costs of HVAC installations, repairs, and maintenance projects. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of HVAC systems and excellent analytical skills.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Prepare comprehensive and accurate cost estimates for commercial and residential HVAC projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documents to determine the scope of work and materials needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Source and obtain quotes from suppliers and subcontractors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure estimates align with project goals and budget.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain and update a database of material costs, labor rates, and historical project data.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify potential risks and opportunities that may affect project costs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Present and review estimates with management and clients.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications

 Proven experience as an HVAC Estimator or in a similar role.
 </li>
 <li>
 In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation methods.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency with estimating software (e.g., AccuBid, FastDUCT, Bluebeam) and Microsoft Office Suite.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
 </li>
 <li>
 A relevant degree or certification is a plus
