This is an opportunity to combine strategy, storytelling, and community connection to help more people discover the advocacy and care that define our firm.About the Role The Marketing Architect serves as the driving force behind all marketing initiatives at Mickey Keenan, P.A. This role combines the vision of a Chief Marketing Officer with the execution of a hands-on creator.You&rsquo;ll lead strategy and do the work &mdash; managing digital campaigns, building partnerships, telling stories, and ensuring every touchpoint reflects our mission.You&rsquo;ll also be the firm&rsquo;s bridge to the Tampa community &mdash; connecting with local organizations, sponsorships, and events that align with our values and deepen our impact.Key Responsibilities - Design and execute the firm&rsquo;s annual marketing strategy aligned with growth and community goals. - Strengthen brand identity and visibility across digital and local platforms. - Build and maintain meaningful relationships with Tampa-area organizations, nonprofits, and media. - Manage website, SEO, PPC, and social media campaigns. - Analyze digital and social metrics to guide data-driven decisions. - Create engaging blogs, videos, and newsletters that educate and inspire. - Represent the firm at community events and sponsorships. - Oversee vendors, budgets, and interns to deliver marketing excellence.Qualifications - Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. - 4+ years of marketing experience, ideally within a professional services or mission-driven organization. - Strong familiarity with the Tampa Bay community. - Proficiency in social media metrics, Google Analytics, and campaign tools. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Creative, data-driven, and passionate about helping others.Why You&rsquo;ll Love Working Here - Autonomy to build and lead a marketing program that directly shapes growth. - A compassionate, community-focused firm that values authenticity and impact. - A supportive, mission-driven team that celebrates collaboration and success.How to Apply Submit your r&eacute;sum&eacute; and a brief cover letter sharing your marketing achievements and your connection to the Tampa community &mdash; especially examples of partnerships or events you&rsquo;ve led or supported.
