You&rsquo;ll connect with clients, uncover their needs, and showcase how MicroAgility APAC&rsquo;s solutions transform their businesses.  Here&rsquo;s what you&rsquo;ll do:

 Engage Prospects:
 
 Make bold cold calls and draft tailored emails to connect with decision-makers, using platforms like LinkedIn and ZoomInfo.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Build Relationships:
 
 Listen to clients&rsquo; challenges, build trust, and offer solutions that drive their success.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Drive Results:
 
 Generate leads, negotiate deals, and exceed sales targets with confidence and creativity.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Create Impact:
 
 Develop engaging marketing content and boost our brand on social media.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Collaborate:
 
 Partner with teammates to align sales and marketing strategies for maximum impact.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Track Progress:
 
 Report on activities, sharing insights to fuel continuous growth.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Here&rsquo;s what we&rsquo;re looking for:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 2+ years of experience in full-cycle business development, preferably in the services-as-a-solution or similar industries.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for building rapport.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of US &amp; Canadian market is plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Creativity in drafting emails, LinkedIn messages, and social media strategies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven expertise in making bold cold calls, generating quality leads and closing deals like you own it.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with CRM systems and data management practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets with a self-motivated mindset.
 </li>
 <li>
 Confidence in handling objections and negotiating contracts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent organizational and time management skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a relevant field (preferred, not required).
 </li>
 <li>
 Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a dynamic team.
 </li>
