This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated entry-level AI Engineer to join and help build our AI division from the ground up. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in AI/ML and software development, with a passion for creating intelligent tools and automation solutions that streamline critical business processes such as proposal writing, HR management, recruiting, and order management.</div><br>

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Collaborate with senior leadership to define AI strategy and roadmap for business automation and AI integration</li><li>
Design, develop, test, and deploy AI-powered tools, bots, and agents tailored to business needs</li><li>
Automate manual workflows including proposal generation, HR and recruiting processes, and order management</li><li>
Build and maintain machine learning models, natural language processing (NLP) capabilities, and recommendation systems</li><li>
Integrate AI solutions with existing platforms and cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP)</li><li>
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, HR, sales, and product teams to identify automation opportunities</li><li>
Monitor, test, and optimize AI systems for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability</li><li>
Stay current with AI advancements and emerging technologies to continuously improve tools and processes</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field (Master&rsquo;s a plus)</li><li>
Strong coding skills in Python and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)</li><li>
Experience or solid understanding of natural language processing, machine learning models, and AI agents/bots</li><li>
Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and deployment of AI applications (AWS, Azure, or GCP)</li><li>
Ability to work independently and lead projects while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams</li><li>
Interest or experience in business process automation, workflow optimization, or systems integration</li><li>
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills</li></ul><p><b>
Preferred Experience</b></p><ul><li>
Internships, projects, or previous roles involving AI/ML model development or automation tools</li><li>
Exposure to proposal automation, HR tech, recruiting software, or order management systems</li><li>
Familiarity with no-code or low-code AI builder platforms</li><li>
