Hello,We are hiring for the position of Technical Support Engineer who has 0-1 Years of experience for Hyderabad location. This role will be on-site or Remote Support. Roles and Responsibilities:-&middot; Resolves tickets representing staff-generated technical requests or problems and troubleshoots technical and process issues to maintain productivity.&middot; Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot Security issues including account setup and network configuration&middot; Installing and configuring hardware and software.&middot; Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software (eg.
