Job Description:</div><div></div><div>
Microchip Technology is seeking a Senior Marketing Strategist to join our fast-paced MarCom team in Chandler, AZ. In this position, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams globally to create and manage promotional advertising campaigns for our internal business units. The ideal candidate will be organized, self-motivated and have a working knowledge of current marketing strategies and tools.</div><div></div><div>
Requirements/Qualifications:</div><div></div><div>
Responsibilities:</div><ul><li>
Build and maintain relationships with assigned business units, helping them define and realize their advertising and promotion goals</li><li>
Launch and manage the flow of multiple campaigns from conception to completion, working in cooperation with a variety of marketing teams including graphics, web, video, social media and email</li><li>
Write engaging, grammatically sound and technically accurate content in support of marketing campaigns including ad copy, social media posts and email messages</li><li>
Assist in submission of ad materials to publishers and other media partners</li><li>
Gather and review metrics reports from the analytics team to share with the business units and to continually improve promotional strategies</li></ul><div></div><div>
Required Qualifications</div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in marketing, communications, journalism or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience</li><li>
Seven to 10 years of experience in marketing or a closely related field</li><li>
Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>
Strong time-management skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects</li><li>
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)</li><li>
Knowledge of branding, positioning, and value proposition development.</li><li>
Understanding of email marketing, content marketing and social media strategies.</li><li>
Highly organized and detail-oriented</li><li>
Hard-working team player, with a positive attitude and willingness to collaborate</li><li>
Willingness to work with a global team spread across multiple time zones</li></ul><div></div><div>
Desired Qualifications</div><ul><li>
Experience with account-based marketing</li><li>
Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud</li><li>
Understanding of SEO and PPC marketing</li><li>
Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) and analytics platforms (e.g., AEM Analytics).</li></ul><div></div>
