<div>The Test Engineer is responsible for engineering efforts needed to successfully process product through the Test and Burn-In departments to include, but not limited to, the design and development of all necessary test hardware and software. Help maintain and control the use of the Automated Test Equipment (ATE), standard bench test equipment, ovens, and other department equipment used within the Test and Burn-In departments.
Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Analyze device specifications, customer Source Control Drawings (SCD&rsquo;s), Standard Military Drawings (SMD&rsquo;s), and other pertinent documentation to determine which test platforms and / or equipment should be used to best process a particular product through the Test and Burn-In departments and to devise practical, cost effective solutions for full compliance to all electrical test requirements;</li><li>
Review all appropriate documentation to provide thorough quote information to the Sales department of the engineering efforts required, including any needed NRE&rsquo;s, to process potential business;</li><li>
Define, develop, debug, and implement all major elements of electrical test programs for specific device types utilizing high-speed ATE and compliant test methodologies;</li><li>
Identify and develop alternate sources for test services and software to include the specification of requirements, vendor qualification, RFQ review, and software certification;</li><li>
Generate written documentation to include test hardware schematics, engineering drawings, standards, specifications, data analysis, and technical reports. Produce all pertinent test kit documentation and peer review the documentation of other engineers;</li><li>
Work independently on small or moderately complex test engineering projects or assist on large complex test engineering projects;</li><li>
Design and develop moderate to complex factory test equipment, fixtures, and hardware interfaces. Coordinate programming of automatic factory test equipment and the checkouts of test programs for both completeness and accuracy;</li><li>
Conduct experimental investigations as to test methodologies, test fixture design and development, product yield improvement, process quality controls, etc. Analyze experiment results and initiate / implement solutions;</li><li>
Provide technical analysis of internal, vendor, or customer related product issues. Participate in the resolution of any issues found;</li><li>
Communicate with customers relative to the completeness, repeatability, and accuracy of test programs. Review apparent issues and propose solutions if needed;</li><li>
Assist with routine calibration, preventative maintenance, and minor repairs of the ATE systems;</li><li>
The incumbent is expected to be constantly aware of the economics of the business and competitors, devoting efforts to control costs within allocations and reducing costs wherever feasible;</li></ul>

Job Qualifications:<ul><li>
B.S. Degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Physical Science from a fully accredited college or university, or Professional Engineering registration, or an equivalent amount of practical education and experience;</li><li>
Minimum of two years of experience with the electrical testing of integrated circuits in a Product Engineering, or Test Engineering role;</li><li>
Minimum one year experience programming applicable ATE or equivalent test experience;</li><li>
Demonstrated understanding of device parameters, test philosophy, and methods;</li><li>
Ability to work on multiple projects and positively adjust to priority changes within a dynamic work environment;</li><li>
Ability to furnish technical guidance to lower classified personnel including test operators, technicians, and lower coded engineers;</li><li>
Possess a strong programming aptitude, solid understanding of many digital, linear, mixed-signal, memory, and discrete device parameters, and test methodologies used in their measurement.</li></ul>

Test Engineer I

<div>Micross is seeking a Semiconductor Package Design Engineer for our onsite facility in Apopka, Florida.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>
The primarily responsible for design of advanced semiconductor packages, including both ceramic and organic substrates, including layout, parasitic extraction, and optimization</li><li>
Work with IC design, system design, package Signal Integrity (SI)/Power Integrity (PI) &amp; thermal engineering teams to design custom interposer and substrates</li><li>
Work with SoC design teams to optimize die floorplan, bump patterns and interposer / substrate stack up</li><li>
Work with IC design team to define IC package requirements</li><li>
Design package layout using standard CAD tools</li><li>
Extract package parasitics and conduct PI/SI analysis</li><li>
Documentation and release in appropriate archival system</li></ul>

Semiconductor Package Design Engineer

<div>The Program Manager, Advanced Products, will be based in Micross&rsquo; world headquarters in Apopka, FL.
The Program Manager coordinates and monitors the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of company programs. Responsibilities also include aiding in the negotiation of contracts and contractual changes and coordinating preparations of proposals, plans, specifications, and financial conditions of contracts. Develops new business and expands product line. Ensures adherence to master plans and schedules develops solutions to program problems, and directs work of incumbents assigned to program from various departments. Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget. Acts as advisor to program team regarding projects, tasks, and operations. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complex tasks. <div>The Product and Services (P&amp;S) Product Line Manager will be based in Micross&rsquo; world headquarters in Orlando, FL. This is a new position in the North American organization, reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). Compensation consists of a highly competitive base salary and participation in a results-driven bonus program.
As Product Line Manager (PLM), you will serve as the internal and external evangelist for your product and service offering and be charged with full responsibility for sales and orders of assigned Value Stream. This extends from increasing the profitability of existing products and services to developing new solutions based on your industry experience and contact with customers.
