The Rack Assembler is a vital part of our operations, responsible for building, assembling, and organizing racks to support the company&rsquo;s ongoing projects. This position requires a detail-oriented, physically capable, and adaptable individual who can handle hands-on tasks efficiently and maintain quality standards while working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Rack Assembly &amp; Construction<ul><li>
Assemble racks and related structures according to specifications and safety guidelines.</li><li>
Ensure all components are properly installed and secure.</li><li>
Inspect completed racks for quality, stability, and accuracy.</li><li>
Follow assembly instructions and use tools safely and effectively.</li></ul>
Inventory &amp; Material Handling<ul><li>
Monitor parts and materials needed for assembly.</li><li>
Assist in organizing, sorting, and labeling components for easy access.</li><li>
Report material shortages or discrepancies to supervisors promptly.</li><li>
Help with staging racks and components for shipment or deployment.</li></ul>
Team Collaboration &amp; Support<ul><li>
Work closely with supervisors and team members to prioritize tasks and meet production goals.</li><li>
Provide support across departments as needed during high-volume periods.</li><li>
Assist with general warehouse or floor organization to maintain an efficient workspace.</li></ul>
Safety &amp; Quality Compliance<ul><li>
Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate protective equipment.</li><li>
Maintain a clean and organized work area.</li><li>
Report any hazards, equipment issues, or unsafe practices to management.</li></ul>
Working/Physical Conditions<ul><li>
Environment: Primarily warehouse/floor-based with hands-on assembly tasks.</li><li>
Team Collaboration: Frequent interaction with team members and supervisors; occasional assistance for other departments as workload demands.</li><li>
Lifting: Must be able to lift and move items up to 60 lbs regularly, with occasional heavier lifting as required.</li><li>
Active Work: Long periods of standing, walking, bending, and moving items throughout the workspace.</li><li>
Schedule: Regular business hours, with overtime available during peak periods.</li></ul>

Required Qualifications:<ul><li>Ages: 14 and up</li><li>Technical Skills: Proficiency in data entry and MS Office Software (Word, Excel, Outlook). Understanding of basic computer hardware and software terminology</li><li>Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to foster clear and timely responses to customer and company needs.</li><li>Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy, detail, and follow-up.</li><li>Flexibility: Ability to adapt to frequent changes, delays, and unexpected events while also possessing the ability to multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Driven &amp; Self-Motivated: A proactive and team-driven attitude with proficiency in time management and organization is essential.</li><li>Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to work effectively with others and independently.</li><li>Problem Solving: Ability to identify issues and find effective solutions.</li></ul></div>
