<b>IT Support Specialist
</b><br>
As the first point of contact for our internal IT needs, you&rsquo;ll play a vital role in keeping our systems running smoothly, ensuring a seamless experience for our employees while contributing to innovative process improvements.<br>
<br>
<b>What You Will Be Doing:</b>
<ul><li>Be the go-to expert for IT support and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.</li>
<li>Solve common problems (like password resets and software installations) and escalate more complex challenges.</li>
<li>Configure, deploy and maintain computers, devices, and equipment for onboarding, upgrades, or replacements.</li>
<li>Act as the on-site technician to resolve physical IT issues and keep systems running smoothly.</li>
<li>Manage IT inventory, keeping records up to date and accurate.</li>
<li>Create and update user-friendly IT documentation to empower employees.</li>
<li>Provide friendly training to employees on basic troubleshooting and IT best practices.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the IT team to continuously improve processes and user satisfaction.</li>

<div><div><p><b>Key Experience to Hit the Ground Running:</b></p>
</div>
</div><ul><li>An Associate or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.</li>
<li>Basic troubleshooting skills on hardware and software: i.e.Office products, desktops, laptops, and mobile devices</li>
<li>Performing password resets and account lockouts</li>
<li>Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Office 365, and basic network troubleshooting.</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.</li>
<li>A proactive attitude with excellent communication skills.</li>
<li>Great written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Forward thinker, taking initiative on performance and tasks
</li></ul><div><b>What Would Really Make You Shine:</b></div>
<ul><li>1-3 years of experience in help desk or technical support roles.</li>
<li>Experience with Autodesk products</li>
<li>Creating knowledge based documentation for end users and admins</li>
<li>Certifications like CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Fundamentals</li>
